Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess client environments and challenges, using a structured approach to discover, deliver, and implement fit-for-purpose solutions that achieve benefits and outcomes.
  • •Support the development, implementation, and optimisation of PMO and controls & performance strategies, including functional set-up and optimisation.
  • •Define and write reports to support findings and recommendations across stages of client engagements.
  • •Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face settings with Sr. (C-suite) client representatives.
  • •Tailor established methodologies, processes, tools, and systems for client needs, and support adoption and realisation of successful business outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate calibre with relevant industry experience; a Master’s degree or equivalent experience is desirable.
  • •Experience working on major capital projects/programmes covering roles within the PMO/controls & performance environment (schedule, cost, risk, change, or performance reporting) in the infrastructure sector.
  • •Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments across capital delivery businesses, PMO, controls & performance, or a specific function.
  • •Familiarity with developing integrated controls & performance processes and digital solutions to enable “one version of the truth” and informed decision-making.
  • •Experience writing and presenting reports and engaging complex stakeholder environments, including C-suite level executive client teams.
