  • •Foster a culture of safety, champion safety efforts, and ensure safety objectives are met while applying Ameren safety programs and procedures.
  • •Supervise field co-workers engaged in construction, operations, and maintenance for electric distribution systems to maintain safe, efficient, and effective service.
  • •Plan, schedule, and direct field work, including visiting job sites, documenting pre-requisites in Maximo, and coordinating resources with relevant departments.
  • •Use and review data in company systems for work tracking, time reporting, and materials management.
  • •Support storm restoration efforts as requested and triage new work identified by Trouble/Emergency departments in Maximo.

Key Requirements
