Key Responsibilities

•Plan, organize and coordinate installation work on the construction site in a timely and quality manner
•Control execution according to the montage manual and ensure a safe work environment through targeted briefings
•Use modern digital tools such as tablets, apps and AR/VR technologies for efficient communication and processing
•Keep track of material, equipment and personnel costs, identify savings potentials and document daily project progress
•Communicate professionally with customers, partners and authorities and conduct trainings on the safe use of the systems

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Completed training as a mechanic (Industrial Mechanic, Construction Mechanic) or mechatronics with strong interest in technical systems and mechanical components
•Ideally at least 2 years of (international) professional experience
•Mechanical and electrical basics, including reading wiring diagrams, with experience in installation and maintenance of machines
•Proven ability in project planning, organization and scheduling to manage work processes and meet deadlines and quality standards
•Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills, willingness to travel and international driving license, with good German and English language skills
