Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, organize and coordinate installation work on the construction site in a timely and quality manner
  • •Control execution according to the montage manual and ensure a safe work environment through targeted briefings
  • •Use modern digital tools such as tablets, apps and AR/VR technologies for efficient communication and processing
  • •Keep track of material, equipment and personnel costs, identify savings potentials and document daily project progress
  • •Communicate professionally with customers, partners and authorities and conduct trainings on the safe use of the systems

Key Requirements

  • •Completed training as a mechanic (Industrial Mechanic, Construction Mechanic) or mechatronics with strong interest in technical systems and mechanical components
  • •Ideally at least 2 years of (international) professional experience
  • •Mechanical and electrical basics, including reading wiring diagrams, with experience in installation and maintenance of machines
  • •Proven ability in project planning, organization and scheduling to manage work processes and meet deadlines and quality standards
  • •Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills, willingness to travel and international driving license, with good German and English language skills
