Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute day-to-day maintenance and updates of account hierarchy relationships in Salesforce for US Federal, Strategic, and Enterprise accounts.
  • •Investigate and resolve duplicate account and contact records using data-quality/deduplication tooling.
  • •Research and validate parent-child account relationships to support an accurate customer hierarchy.
  • •Perform OFAC/sanctions screening early in the opportunity management process and escalate flagged matches to the Manager and Legal/Compliance.
  • •Complete research and validation for new account creation requests in Salesforce and maintain audit-ready documentation for changes and deduplication actions.

Key Requirements
