Cost Manager, Construction

Support construction cost services for a portfolio of building construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects. Advise clients on bid and vendor processes, develop and review full-project cost estimates, and deliver cost reporting, forecasts, and commercial risk registers. Lead cost control activities including payment applications and change orders, manage invoicing, and perform post-contract audits and lesson-learned reviews. Use bid analysis, cost estimating, and take-off tools throughout.
