Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish forward operating facilities and infrastructure for test and maintenance activities.
  • •Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans, schedules, and maintenance documentation (manuals, standard practices, parts catalogues).
  • •Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality control requirements.
  • •Analyze maintenance data and coordinate with Fleet Engineering, supply chain, customers, and stakeholders to improve reliability, perform root cause analysis, and manage maintenance budgets and lifecycle cost.

Key Requirements

  • •Suitable trade or engineering qualification.
  • •7-10+ years of experience in maintenance management in a high-tech industry.

  • •Experience with condition-based maintenance and predictive maintenance technologies.
