Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned MDI clients and build relationships with executive and senior-level leaders.
  • •Lead contract renewals and renegotiations to retain clients and deliver profitable business outcomes.
  • •Identify opportunities to expand revenue by aligning client needs and priorities with Fiserv solutions across lines of business.
  • •Partner with internal sales support, marketing, service, and account management teams to address client needs and support ongoing operations.

Key Requirements
