Originate and grow retail mortgage business by executing mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals. Apply detailed knowledge of mortgage strategies, policies, procedures, and secondary market investor guidelines to advise clients on Truist mortgage products. •Maintain thorough knowledge of Truist mortgage strategies, policies/procedures, and secondary market investor guidelines.
•Comply with Truist policies and all applicable state and federal rules and regulations.
•Provide mortgage clients sound advice based on client needs and Truist mortgage products and benefits.
•Consistently execute Truist’s referral process and assist mortgage loan fulfillment with client, attorney, or appraiser document follow-up as needed.

Key Requirements
