Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and coach store operations to profitability and efficiency as part of the store leadership team.
  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink, and root-cause inventory accuracy issues with the General Manager.
  • •Manage operational execution including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Partner with Operations & Visual Managers on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
  • •Oversee Operations Associates: recruit and develop talent, evaluate performance using company tools, provide constant feedback, and open/close the store per BOH standards.
