Job Summary

Senior ERP Delivery Lead role within Avanade’s ASG ERP Practice, focused on leading end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM implementations and coaching a 25-strong Delivery Lead Community across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You’ll drive project planning, client engagement, and agile delivery, while shaping the practice’s strategic direction and guiding multinational teams to successful ERP outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end ERP implementations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, including planning, steering, and independently managing delivery
•Act as the central point of contact for customer and team challenges, ensuring project goals (budget, schedule, quality) are met
•Form and lead project teams across onshore and offshore locations, guiding them in a multinational, interdisciplinary setting
•Provide agile delivery governance applying Avanade’s methodology and drive continuous improvement within projects
•Develop the Delivery Lead Community (around 25 experts) through coaching, knowledge transfer, and establishment of best practices to elevate project outcomes

Key Requirements

•Proven project leadership and consulting experience with strong client interaction skills
•Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM or similar ERP solutions
•Ability to manage project scope, budget, timelines, and quality across multi-country teams (onshore and offshore)
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Business Administration or a related field
•Fluent German and English (additional languages are a plus)
