Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure CCS units comply with group policies and guidelines issued by ASP.
  • •Coordinate first-line-of-defense audit activities and ensure timely coordination and submission of audit requirements across internal and external audits.
  • •Develop and execute an annual control monitoring plan, assessing control effectiveness across key processes and critical risks.
  • •Release and monitor audit governance dashboards and control testing results within timelines; perform periodic review of prior audit reports for ongoing compliance.
  • •Conduct vendor audits and oversee outsourced collections operations (including tele-calling and dialler management), publishing QC and audit findings/recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3+ years of experience in Risk and Control Management (risk and issue management / compliance).
  • •Control testing and Control Monitoring Assessment (CMA) skills and experience.
  • •Stakeholder management experience with strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and analytical skills; running project governance.
  • •Good understanding of Operational Risk and Internal Control principles, including assessing risk trends.
  • •Attention to detail with strong delivery focus and ability to meet aggressive timeframes with quality results.
