Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire, coach, retain, and develop engineers through one-on-ones, performance management, and career development.
  • •Build and scale the São Leopoldo team by recruiting engineers, establishing practices, and setting team culture.
  • •Contribute production-quality code regularly and stay close to the codebase by checking in and participating in design discussions.
  • •Lead features when appropriate and help ensure timely delivery of commitments.
  • •Contribute to product discovery with Product Management, UX, and customers, using telemetry and usage data to inform roadmap planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • •Ability to lead production-quality development, including deployments and handling production issues alongside the team.
