Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience building production-scale software and API-driven services that are well tested.
  • •Strong background building scalable, high-performance distributed systems.
  • •Hands-on experience with streaming systems (Kafka, Flink, or Pulsar) and building/evolving the platform layer, not just downstream pipelines.
  • •Experience designing stateful real-time data pipelines at scale (checkpointing, state management, watermarking) and evaluating architectural tradeoffs.
  • •Experience with cloud data stores (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and operational support (monitoring, alerting, incident management).
