Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and maintain heavy equipment (e.g., skid steers, graders, compactors, water trucks, reclaimers, bulldozers) for soil stabilization and surface preparation.
  • •Assess subgrade and base layers, apply stabilization treatments, and perform lime/chat/fly ash mixing and spreading for proper compaction, drainage, and durability.
  • •Install and compact base layers, finish grade for concrete/asphalt paving and surface installations, and ensure elevation/slope accuracy per site plans and blueprints.
  • •Travel to job sites (up to 90% of the time) and adapt to changing environments, weather, and schedules while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
  • •Follow OSHA/DOT and company safety guidelines, complete daily equipment inspections and field reports, and coordinate with site supervisors and project managers.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment in construction, roadwork, or site stabilization.
