Job Summary

Oversee the development, implementation, and management of Netflix’s Physical Identity and Access Management (PIAM) program. Lead access control policies and permissions for employees, contractors, and visitors; manage credential issuance and revocation; and ensure access data accuracy. •Manage issuance and revocation of physical and mobile identification credentials, and ensure identity/access records are accurate and up to date.
•Conduct audits, centralize and analyze access logs/physical security data, and support compliance with data privacy and access control requirements.
