Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate heavy machinery in the Rendering/Refinery departments to keep production running and support processing needs.
  • •Transport product to different areas as needed, including driving a forklift.
  • •Perform clean-up using a shovel, high pressure hoses, and chemicals.
  • •Fill out required paperwork and complete all required job training.
  • •Work any assigned shift (including weekends) and be available for overtime as the facility operates 24/7.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.35 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk 10–12 hours a day.
  • •Willingness and ability to work in a meat environment and perform physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • •Ability to work in inclement conditions (hot, cold, humid, icy, dusty) and across temperatures from 20°F to 100°F.
  • •Experience or ability to operate heavy machinery while keeping production running and completing paperwork.
  • •Willingness to complete required training and perform other duties as assigned, including any shift, weekends, and overtime.
