Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain relationships as a trusted specialized 1stLOD partner to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and maturity of the control environment and risk governance
  • •Act as go-to subject matter expert on local market risks and ensure risks/issues are identified, assessed, prioritized, and managed across operational risk programs
  • •Manage risk and controls governance forums for GMS, interfacing with org-wide governance processes and committees and share insights across forums
  • •Support activities to comply with enterprise policies and programs for specific risk types, including maintaining topical risk information
  • •Lead support across process risk self-assessment, issues management, new product risk assessments, and audit program management; facilitate regulatory change management implementation

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years experience in operational risk management (e.g., within Risk and/or Internal Audit) and understands the operational risk management lifecycle

  • •Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage senior business counterparts
  • •Experience in process governance with a track record of decision-making processes aligned with policies and regulatory frameworks
