Key Responsibilities

•Assist FIG & Strategy leadership in day-to-day management and progress toward firm-wide goals and growth targets; help develop solutions to challenging problems and act as a transformational agent across functions
•Manage and build-out reporting deliverables critical to tracking portfolio companies, including quarterly valuation processes and monthly management KPIs
•Support senior COO team in evaluating and implementing new business activities such as funds/product development, business line extensions, platforms, and partnerships
•Perform strategic analyses and ad hoc requests for senior management to evaluate and manage Apollo’s business
•Coordinate across Apollo on projects, acting as a liaison between investment teams and other functions (client/product marketing, finance, HR, legal, tax and compliance)

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate institution with a record of academic achievement
•2-4 years of relevant work experience in financial services, asset management, or corporate strategy/consulting
•Genuine interest in corporate strategy and business building within the investment management industry
•Demonstrated history of operational excellence and ability to execute processes (e.g., reporting, exceptions identification)
•Team player with a proactive, ownership-driven attitude and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
