Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary technical escalation point for premium global publishers, diagnosing and resolving integration issues across code, network traffic, and ad server configurations.
•Lead implementation calls, troubleshooting sessions, and product walkthroughs for Brazilian customers, fluently in Portuguese.
•Oversee end-to-end technical onboarding of MonetizeMore tools (e.g., PubGuru, Advanced Ads) for high-value accounts to ensure zero downtime and optimal revenue.
•Write and debug custom JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations to adapt monetization solutions to customer websites and mobile apps.
•Translate complex ad-tech concepts into clear value propositions for non-technical customers and feed real-world friction points into product roadmap.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a highly technical, client-facing role (e.g., Solution Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or similar)
•Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) and strong English communication skills
•Strong front-end web technologies: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and HTTP/Network protocols; ability to use Chrome DevTools
•Experience with ad tech/tools such as GAM, Prebid.js, Header Bidding, SDK integrations, or Google Publisher Tags (preferred)
•Empathetic problem-solver with ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical customers and influence product roadmap
