Job Summary

Low Voltage Design Engineer delivering LV design packages for railway infrastructure. You’ll coordinate with Sweden-based teams, ensure compliance with Sweden/EN/IEC standards, and produce schematics, wiring diagrams, and LV distribution layouts for PLC/UPS/CCTV and safety systems on multi-disciplinary rail projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver LV design packages for concept, detailed, and IFC stages for rail projects
•Prepare schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts including cable routing plans
•Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery per project timelines
•Design LV systems including lighting, emergency lighting, LV distribution, UPS, CCTV, PA/PIDS, access control, and fire alarm
•Coordinate with Sweden-based teams and ensure interface alignment with Signalling, Telecom, OLE, and Civil teams

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
•5-8 years of experience in Electrical design for rail or transportation projects
•Familiarity with Swedish and European rail telecom standards
•Knowledge of LV systems (lighting, UPS, panels, fire alarm, CCTV)
•Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics and perform electrical calculations
