Incident Response Manager - Product & Engineering

Incident Response Manager at Anthropic will lead the incident response function, acting as on-call incident commander, coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, product, security, legal, GTM, leadership), and writing runbooks for scale. You’ll own end-to-end incident communications, drive blameless post-incident reviews, and develop policies and escalation frameworks to improve detection, response, and learning from incidents across a high-growth AI environment.
