Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement frameworks for process documentation and monitoring across the UK business to eliminate departmental silos.
  • •Lead end-to-end process-related projects from discovery to launch, including documenting new processes and identifying performance gaps.
  • •Create and run workshops to train, coach, and upskill Process Managers in process excellence tools and methodologies.
  • •Influence and constructively challenge senior stakeholders and Product Owners to safeguard process integrity.
  • •Experiment with AI-driven process optimisation by structuring process maps so unstructured business data can be parsed by LLMs and AI tools for automated insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid experience in process management and process improvement methodologies, with knowledge of risk/governance frameworks and awareness of Lean/Six Sigma tools.
