Job Summary

Join the Global Shared Services FP&A team in Buenos Aires to support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes. •Support the company’s budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and journal entries tied to forecast knowledge.
•Consolidate revenue, expense, headcount, and operational assumptions; load approved financial inputs into planning systems; ensure data accuracy across updates and cycles.
•Prepare management packs and data for scenario and sensitivity modeling.
•Analyze monthly actuals versus budget and forecast to identify root causes behind variances.
•Support month end close activities and help maintain planning governance, templates, and data integrity.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
•1–2 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or similar analytical roles.

•Strong Excel and BI (Power BI, Tableau) skills.
•Experience in Shared Services or multinational environments is a plus.
