Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, calibrate, and maintain reservoir simulation models to evaluate performance, forecast deliverability, and support long-term storage planning.
  • •Evaluate reservoir and well performance data to identify opportunities to optimize storage capacity, deliverability, and operational efficiency.
  • •Design and recommend reservoir enhancements, well intervention, and performance improvement programs to maximize reliability and value of storage assets.
  • •Provide technical input for reservoir development strategies, capital projects, and engineering recommendations using engineering and economic evaluation.
  • •Review reservoir studies and simulation results for technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company engineering standards, and prepare technical reports and reserve/inventory evaluations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering (or bachelor’s in engineering plus a master’s in petroleum engineering) with Engineer-In-Training registration and 3–5 years of professional experience.
  • •Expertise in reservoir simulation software (Eclipse, CMG, Petrel RE, or equivalent) and nodal analysis (Prosper/Gap).
  • •Experience with Ecrin/Saphir/Rubis for pressure transient analysis.
  • •Deep understanding of API RP 1170/1171 and state-level storage regulations.
  • •Valid driver’s license.
