Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as executive program lead for AMD’s largest hyperscale, CSP, and AI infrastructure customer engagements.
  • •Own end-to-end customer success for complex datacenter GPU deployments from platform definition through production deployment and operational maturity.
  • •Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and coordinate business-critical deployment escalations.
  • •Drive cross-functional planning, issue management, risk mitigation, executive reviews, and deployment readiness across AMD teams.
  • •Coordinate technical engagements and incident response for complex technical and operational issues impacting customer deployments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 178,710 - 306,360 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Proven experience leading large, customer-facing datacenter infrastructure programs for hyperscalers, CSPs, AI infrastructure companies, and enterprise customers.
  • •Deep understanding of large-scale GPU deployments, including AI training/inference environments, datacenter operations, and performance optimization.
  • •Experience driving programs from proof-of-concept through production deployment and operational scale.
  • •Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence technical and internal leadership without direct authority.
