Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end design, governance, and delivery of the Engineering Professions Program, including program objectives, KPIs, and success criteria.
  • •Design and maintain program pathways covering attraction, selection, assessments, rotations, development experiences, and progression requirements.
  • •Establish governance frameworks, policies, selection criteria, documentation standards, and evaluation methodologies to ensure effective delivery.
  • •Lead recruitment, onboarding, cohort management, rotation planning, and participant experience including mentoring and support mechanisms.
  • •Oversee progress tracking and reporting using dashboards and analytics; provide leadership insights and implement continuous improvements with partners and vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience, with most experience in career development, program management, or talent development within development, construction, or engineering industries.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Learning & Development.
  • •Strong working knowledge of engineering and development environments, including how technical teams operate and how capability is built for early-career engineering talent.
  • •Proven experience designing and delivering structured learning/talent development programs with rotations, assessments, development plans, mentoring, and progress tracking.
  • •Preferred HR/Talent/Learning certifications including CIPD, SHRM, ICE, SCE, or equivalent.
