Vans: Sales Lead - Cherry Hill Mall

Support the store leadership team to deliver exceptional customer engagement and achieve sales and profit targets. Model Vans’ brand voice, foster an inclusive, consumer-centric store environment, and provide sales-related feedback. Coach and supervise associates, and occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of another manager by covering breaks/meal periods or opening the store. Provide actionable feedback while following company policies and directives.
