Location: United States
Workplace: Onsite
Employment Type: Full time
Job Function: Industrial, Process & Manufacturing Engineering
Seniority: Mid level

Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, govern, and scale long-lived industrial engineering capabilities with centralized repositories and single sources of truth across production sites.
  • •Define labor standards and lead time study methodologies; manage labor content maturity through NPI and engineering change order lifecycles; integrate validated times into MES for line balancing and staffing models.
  • •Architect data-driven 2D/3D manufacturing line layouts and cellular configurations, and design ergonomic workstations using factory CAD tools.
  • •Develop discrete event simulation models and automated Python/SQL data pipelines to stress-test production ramps, identify bottlenecks, and quantify capital ROI trade-offs.
  • •Connect validated industrial engineering data to operational decisions and partner cross-functionally to de-risk production scale-up.
