Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor a team of M365 admins, developers, and endpoint professionals.
•Develop and execute M365 and endpoint strategy aligned to business goals.
•Design, implement, and operate Microsoft 365 services, ensuring governance, adoption, security, and operational excellence.
•Manage enterprise laptop/endpoint catalog for Windows, macOS, and Linux, including baseline security configurations and compliance with IT Security.
•Own secure VDI solutions for contractors and external partners, and define corporate mobility strategy and software stack (MDM/MAM, secure communications, productivity apps).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
•10+ years in IT service delivery, with 5+ years managing M365 teams and services.
•Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 solutions.
•Deep expertise in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure AD.
•Advanced PowerShell skills for M365 automation and reporting, plus experience with mobility strategy (MDM/MAM) and VDI deployment.
