Lead the Americas region health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs, overseeing administration, planning, development, implementation and coordination of programs, policies and procedures. Provide guidance to executives, managers, and HR; ensure ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA compliance; manage pension processes and vendor relationships; analyze laws and costs; drive data-driven benefits strategy for global business units.
