Key Responsibilities

•Solve problems and use data analytics to identify operational issues and launch improvement projects
•Lead cross-functional, global programs to expand factory capabilities and implement standardized designs
•Serve as the SC focal point for New Service Introduction (NSI) and drive design/development of new/updated SC processes
•Enhance customer experience and employee productivity by automating processes and connecting siloed data/systems
•Communicate status to sponsors and stakeholders and ensure alignment with strategic initiatives

Salary: USD 93,400 - 143,800 annually

Key Requirements

•PMI PMP certified, LSS Green Belt certified, or equivalent
•5-8 years experience in the workforce after college graduation
•Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) required, preferably in Engineering
•Experience with PLM, PDM, BOMs and SAP
•Hands-on experience developing/creating reports using Power BI or pivot charts/slicers in Excel
