Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide HR operational support as a primary point of contact for HR inquiries, including unemployment claims and escalated background screening cases.
  • •Support leave of absence and accommodation processes, including FMLA and ADA.
  • •Generate, maintain, and analyze HR reports and dashboards for leave administration, employee classification, and workforce metrics.
