Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult, coach, and develop leadership using empathetic decision-making across talent management, people development, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
  • •Foster and role model an environment of inclusion for Builders.
  • •Advocate for Builders’ needs through end-to-end experiences that improve engagement and how Builders feel valued.
  • •Serve as the first point of escalation for HR teammates and Builder concerns, navigating Amazon Policies with high judgement.
  • •Conduct complex workplace investigations with significant autonomy and support Builder queries with discretion and expertise.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of human resources experience.
  • •Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or a related field.
  • •Speak, write, and read fluently in Arabic.
  • •Experience working in a matrixed organization.
  • •Employee Relations/Investigations experience with strong business and HR acumen.
