Key Responsibilities

  • •Patrol assigned lot(s)/garage(s) on foot to check on parked vehicles (no moving cars).
  • •Provide multi-location coverage across assigned locations as needed within the Nashville area.
  • •Use the Space Force app to scan license plates and verify active payment.
  • •Issue citations and leave physical notices for vehicles that haven’t paid; immobilize repeat violators in some markets.
  • •Help customers understand how to pay by walking them through the app as needed.
