Key Responsibilities

•Lead and grow Fed SI-focused sales initiatives: Develop and implement tailored GTM strategies targeting key Federal Civilian Accounts that align with Wiz’s public sector objectives.
•Drive revenue growth: Build strong partnerships with Fed SIs, identifying and pursuing joint business opportunities to expand Wiz’s presence within federal customers.
•Strategic alignment: Collaborate closely with Fed SIs to ensure Wiz solutions align with their priorities and government requirements, creating a unified value proposition for federal agencies.
•Navigate procurement landscapes: Leverage your understanding of federal contracts, acquisition strategies, and teaming opportunities to secure favorable positions with Fed SIs.
•Build cross-functional partnerships: Work seamlessly with marketing, product development, solutions engineering, and customer success teams to deliver an integrated sales approach.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of sales leadership in the federal market, with a focus on large Federal Civilian customers (e.g., DHS, VA, SSA, USPS)
• Proven track record in developing and executing Fed SI GTM strategies resulting in significant revenue growth
•Experience managing high-performing sales teams focused on enterprise and strategic federal accounts
•Deep federal contracting knowledge, Fed SI relationships, procurement vehicles, and contracting processes
•Cloud security acumen with understanding of federal compliance requirements (e.g., FedRAMP) and ability to position Wiz solutions for federal agencies
