Job Summary

Protect intellectual property by identifying and investigating unauthorised software and IP usage across global markets. Build evidence-based cases to support enforcement actions and manage anti-piracy cases from detection through commercial or legal resolution. Negotiate settlement terms with customers for unlicensed usage and contractual breaches, and lead enforcement strategy with Legal and Sales. Use analytics and customer engagement to develop targeting strategies for high-risk accounts and refine compliance processes.

•Identify potential software piracy and unauthorised usage using usage patterns, geolocation data, support logs, and external intelligence.
•Build structured, evidence-based cases and document findings to support enforcement actions.
•Own anti-piracy cases end-to-end from identification through commercial or legal resolution with maintained case records.
•Engage with customers on sensitive compliance matters and negotiate settlements for unlicensed usage and contractual breaches.
•Lead enforcement strategy with Legal and Sales, develop targeting strategies for high-risk accounts, and collaborate with Engineering/Product to improve detection.
