Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the designated Principal Officer for Visa’s IFSCA Ancillary License activities in GIFT City and ensure ongoing compliance with IFSCA requirements.
  • •Provide senior branch leadership for GIFT City business performance, including operating cadence, governance, culture, and execution rhythm.
  • •Own sales execution and client relationship management for Visa products, services, and solutions to GIFT City entities, from opportunity origination through renewal.
  • •Drive revenue ownership, including targets, pipeline development, forecasting, performance scorecards, and corrective actions for revenue gaps and billing issues.
  • •Own end-to-end deal lifecycle governance and operational revenue controls, ensuring deals and billing are structured and executed according to Visa standards and regulatory/legal/risk/tax/compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Serve as Visa’s designated Principal Officer for its IFSCA Ancillary License in GIFT City and ensure activities remain within the approved scope and IFSCA requirements.
  • •Provide senior leadership for GIFT City business performance, including governance discipline, escalation mechanisms, internal controls, and audit-ready documentation.
  • •Demonstrate commercially strong leadership with experience owning sales execution and building senior client relationships across banks, payment service providers, fintechs, and other regulated/eligible entities.
  • •Lead end-to-end deal lifecycle governance, including deal modeling, approvals, contracting, implementation coordination, and revenue activation in alignment with legal, regulatory, risk, tax, and compliance requirements.
