Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead execution of periodic updates to the Bank’s Corporate Records Retention Schedule.
  • •Develop processes and procedures for enterprise-wide classification, retention, and defensible disposition aligned to best practices.
  • •Provide guidance on records management policies, procedures, and compliance requirements; drive ILG awareness.
  • •Implement records management policies within Microsoft Purview and serve as point of contact for the Record Steward program.
  • •Administer the off-site records system (FileBRIDGE) and support business units with record-related initiatives, inquiries, and destruction activities.

Salary: USD 82,100 - 172,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •3+ years of progressive experience in RIM, ILG, IG, DG, or technical compliance.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Purview (Data Lifecycle Management, Records Management, eDiscovery).
  • •Strong understanding of enterprise information management, risk mitigation, and compliance.
  • •Industry certifications (IGP, CRM, CIPP, PMP) preferred or in progress; 5+ years in a regulated industry (e.g., financial services) required.
