  • •Lead, coach, and develop the PMO team; recruit to fill open requisitions and scale the organization.
  • •Assess the PMO landscape, identify repetitive processes, drive automation, and implement strategic process improvements.
  • •Oversee PI planning, discovery phases, agile ceremonies, logistics, communications, and newsletters across multiple teams and platforms.
  • •Manage comprehensive intake for new customers, including refinement, testing, and onboarding.
  • •Coordinate delivery across internal Decisioning Platform teams and external platform customers as the primary liaison.
