Act as the 3rd line support and domain expert for off-system applications used by ASML Customer Support. You will run the business by resolving escalations, serve as a liaison for local sites, contribute input to new application design, and lead machine data authorization troubleshooting to ensure timely issue resolution and SLA adherence.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the point of contact for the CS organization and application user community for off-system applications, acting as a 3rd line support
•Balance Run the Business escalations with Change the Business input to improve applications and processes
•Be the machine data expert for worldwide machine data authorization and troubleshooting
•Ensure issues are addressed to end-user satisfaction within SLA and maintain frequent site communication
•Build relationships with local sites, users, and development teams and contribute to deployments and documentation

Key Requirements

•Machine data expert with hands-on troubleshooting experience
•Ability to run the business by solving escalations and acting as a single point of contact for local sites
•Experience with user acceptance testing and deployment support
•Strong documentation skills to maintain knowledge bases and internal procedures
•Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with development teams and customers
