Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the point of contact for the CS organization and application user community for off-system applications, acting as a 3rd line support
  • •Balance Run the Business escalations with Change the Business input to improve applications and processes
  • •Be the machine data expert for worldwide machine data authorization and troubleshooting
  • •Ensure issues are addressed to end-user satisfaction within SLA and maintain frequent site communication
  • •Build relationships with local sites, users, and development teams and contribute to deployments and documentation

Key Requirements

  • •Machine data expert with hands-on troubleshooting experience
  • •Ability to run the business by solving escalations and acting as a single point of contact for local sites
  • •Experience with user acceptance testing and deployment support
  • •Strong documentation skills to maintain knowledge bases and internal procedures
  • •Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with development teams and customers
