Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate on treatment plans with doctors in real-time to review and refine case designs for optimal outcomes
•Provide live clinical support by communicating with clinicians via phone, chat, and video to troubleshoot issues and clarify workflows
•Facilitate cross-functional communication by translating clinical feedback into production outcomes for the lab team
•Meet tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality across cases
•Build rapport with clinicians and manage multiple complex conversations with professionalism and care

Key Requirements

•3+ years in a dental technician role
•2+ years in 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including Implant and Crown & Bridge cases
•deep understanding of digital dental workflows, including implant systems, scan bodies, and best design practices
•excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate clinical and technical feedback into actionable insights
•native or near-native fluency in the local market language with English fluency for global collaboration
