Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate on treatment plans with doctors in real-time to review and refine case designs for optimal outcomes
  • •Provide live clinical support by communicating with clinicians via phone, chat, and video to troubleshoot issues and clarify workflows
  • •Facilitate cross-functional communication by translating clinical feedback into production outcomes for the lab team
  • •Meet tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality across cases
  • •Build rapport with clinicians and manage multiple complex conversations with professionalism and care

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in a dental technician role
  • •2+ years in 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including Implant and Crown & Bridge cases
  • •deep understanding of digital dental workflows, including implant systems, scan bodies, and best design practices
  • •excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate clinical and technical feedback into actionable insights
  • •native or near-native fluency in the local market language with English fluency for global collaboration
