Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and delivering personalized banking support in person and by phone.
  • •Identify financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and make customized recommendations aligned to clients’ goals.
  • •Open consumer and business accounts and products including checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and CDs.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals, leveraging lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, and support branch operations including teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED or equivalent business experience.
  • •1+ years developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit concepts including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office) and digital technology; ability to educate clients on mobile/apps/web platforms.
