Analyst - PMO Methods and Tools

Manage administration, governance, configuration, and support for PMO and collaboration tools used across the IT organization. Standardize workflows and data quality while administering Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) user lifecycle, automation, and integrations. Also maintain Smartsheet, Miro, and Airtable administration, including provisioning, governance, and support ticket resolution. Collaborate with the PMO Methods and Tools Lead to uphold PMO standards and support AI enablement and integrations.
