Job Summary

Provide technical support for aircraft engine overhaul workscopes under the Fleet Management Program. Review and issue engine workscope instructions for compliance with engineering data, assess Modification Service Bulletins, and develop engineering solutions for out-of-manual conditions. Coordinate with OEMs, airline customers, and aviation authorities on documentation and reporting, communicate repair approvals via eCARS, and help drive continuous improvement and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support to achieve engineering and quality excellence.
•Review and provide engine overhaul workscope instructions to the shop for compliance with engineering data.
•Review Modification Service Bulletins and provide timely shop information when applicable.
•Analyze out-of-manual conditions and propose engineering solutions for engine part repair and overhaul.
•Liaise with OEMs, airline customers, and aviation authorities for engine documentation and reporting, including communicating repair approvals through eCARS.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
•Minimum 2 years’ experience in aerospace MRO setting is preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
•Able to interpret technical data, drawings, and engine manuals (SB, SPM, EM, CIR).
•Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Projects, PowerPoint).
•Working knowledge of SAP and Solumina is preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
