Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead M&A, investment, and strategic partnership transactions from preliminary evaluation through deal structuring, due diligence coordination, and valuation.

  • •Build sophisticated financial models and perform macro-level analyses to support corporate development strategy and transaction decisions.
