Field Mechanic

Maintain and troubleshoot heavy equipment used in highway construction, including dump trucks, pavers, reclaim and milling machines, loaders, graders, dozers, and rollers. Work across field jobsites and the shop as needed, examining equipment, discussing damage or malfunctions, and helping plan repair approaches. Ensure safety best practices and compliance with company policies, and collaborate with equipment manufacturers to stay current on new technology.
