Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver customized financial wellness recommendations by assessing client needs and documenting client data.
  • •Recommend and refer appropriate investment and insurance solutions to support client financial wellness goals.
  • •Build and maintain a client referral pipeline through prospecting, networking, and internal/external centers of influence.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and support teller-line client transactions as needed.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent experience) and strong ability to develop current and new customer relationships.
  • •Experience achieving sales goals and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and influence business partners/leverage centers of influence.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
