Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end development and maintenance of master products aligned to business objectives, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Define and maintain standard products across markets to support consistency and strategic alignment.
  • •Own Global Policy Wordings standards, including Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) and Insurance Product Information Documents (IPIDs).
  • •Coordinate localization of global policy wordings to ensure regional compliance and relevance while maintaining standards and simplifying deviations.
  • •Partner with Legal, Compliance, Underwriting, and regional teams to ensure offerings remain compliant, competitive, and customer-centric, and contribute portfolio optimization recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years’ experience in Product, UW, Ops or a similar function.
  • •Deep understanding of the insurance industry and regulatory environment.
  • •Knowledge of Travel product portfolio.
  • •Ability to create, interpret, and communicate insurance T&Cs.
  • •University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law, or equivalent professional experience.
