Job Summary

Partner with operations and agent teams to run workforce planning on a daily basis. Own short- and mid-term scheduling, translate capacity plans into actionable rosters, and monitor intraday queue performance to prevent SLA misses. Serve as a trusted advisor to team leads and senior managers, generate performance signals for L&D/QA, and provide ground-truth feedback to capacity planning models.

Key Responsibilities

•Own -90 days to +90 days short-term scheduling, translating capacity plans into daily and weekly schedules based on real demand and agent availability.
•Monitor intraday queue performance (RTA), surface breaches early, and escalate with context to prevent SLA misses.
•Advise team leads and senior managers managing agents, explaining schedule tradeoffs and responding when reality diverges from plan.
•Track agent-level productivity, adherence, and quality trends to generate signals that feed L&D and QA initiatives.
•Provide ground-truth feedback to capacity planning by surfacing what's happening on the floor, and own daily roster adherence including actuals vs. scheduled; handle short-notice OT/flex staffing gaps.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 115,000 annually
