Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the CRTG China team’s day-to-day work, including 30% administrative tasks and 70% stakeholder engagement.
  • •Assist with research, drafting documents, data analysis, and internal and external communications.
  • •Conduct stakeholder mapping for Chinese government counterparts using targeted desk research to identify aligned agenda sessions.
  • •Provide bilingual translation services (English ↔ Chinese) and draft formal official correspondence to relevant government authorities.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end logistics for meetings/events and visits involving Chinese officials, including on-site arrangements.

Key Requirements

  • •Full time graduate student status or up to three years’ working experience in public policy, international relations, language, or a related discipline.
